AppCrash with Visual Studio 2022 Premium on Windows 7 64 Bit

• Howdy,

  i have a fresh install of visual studio 2022 premium with SP1 on my new workstation running windows seven (64bit). ReSharper is installed also.

  The installation was done past our Information technology department so i can't give much information about how they have done it. Since others persons having the same automobile with the same prototype (created by IT section) don't have the problem i don't retrieve that in that location was a problem on installation side.

  Now well-nigh the problem i run into:
  If i try to create a new c# windows form projection VS2010 and it's then automatically opened the studio crashes with the following error report:

  I tried to open existing class projects and the crash occurres too.

  If y'all need a crash dump i already created one of the last crash only since it's about ~200MB zipped i will wait to upload it somewhere.
